Please ensure that all trash is placed in the alley receptacle. A $150.00 fee will be imposed if any trash is left inside the house. Additionally, kindly note that no refunds will be issued for reservations not canceled at least 48 hours in advance. after the reservation
The cleaning fee $75.00 for up to a three day stay please also for longer than three day stay call for cleaning fee , and check out is 11:00 am, check in is 3:00pm, no deposit is required
